If data looks out of date or missing in Travel One
What to do if weather, rates, or location don't show as expected.
If weather or rates look out of date
Travel One keeps the last data it loaded so it works offline. When data may be out of date, the tile shows an alert icon next to its title, and details show when it was updated, or Offline.
- Connect to the internet.
- Pull down on the board to refresh.
Note: Rates are daily reference rates, so they change at most once a day.
If a tile says Unavailable
- Tap the tile.
- Tap Retry.
If My Location doesn't show a city
If the first page shows Location Off, tap Open Settings and allow location. If it shows See Where You Are, tap Allow Location.
